It was just a few steps from the beautiful Ieros Mitropolitikos Naos Agiou Nikolaou and the peaceful Bella Vista. Plus.

It's a suitable hotel to stay a few nights in Kos town when en route to other islands as it's near the ferry terminal. It's a beach hotel too, although there are better beaches elsewhere.. Excellent reception staff.

The pool area was often too busy and quite messy, just unaccetable for a so-called boutique hotel. I also expected better from the coffee. A machine? Really? I almost left a fantastic review, but the lack of any real service really brought me down.

Spacious Double Room, best breakfast with various options. Small pool area crowded at times. Overall great experience!

I was very impressed that the receptionist checked us in at 7 in the morning and offered the breakfast on the same day. We appreciated that a lot, since we arrived with a night ferry. The staff was really nice.

Room service (cleaning etc) was limited to morning only. Not practical for people who want to sleep in.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Any time I had questions about the city or local events, the staff was more than happy to provide information and directions. My room overlooked the ocean, and was a wonderful view to experience each morning. Breakfast was filling and tasty! The staff will easily make you feel like family.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Walking distance from the port (for ferry arrivals and departures) plus also walking distance to the old town and the seaside. One of the great things about Kos is that it is very cycling friendly and have lots of bike rental places. There's a good one called Escape just a few doors down from the hotel - then you can cycle around the waterfront.

It was just a strong match for a swift visit in Kos Town with excellent value. The location, just a few steps from the beach, made it really convenient for quick strolls. Make sure to try the coffee for a nice little pick-me-up.

The breakfast was a proper feast, we had fresh baked goodies every morning while checking out the lovely Aegean Sea view. The staff were just super friendly. Plus, the location couldn't be better, so close to everything!

Only thing is, our first room was a bit of a squeeze for two, could've done with a little more space.

The pool is not appealing, especially being small and shaded!!! The air conditioning could barely keep the room cool!!! Not to mention, it's frustrating when requests like room upgrades go unheard!!!

The location of this hotel is ideal. You can walk to anything you want with ease. Rooms were a good value for the money and the hotel staff was very helpful. I definately would stay again. The only drawback is the room we booked for a family of four doesnt have a view of the sea.
